eChecks pull payment straight from your customers' bank accounts — at a flat $0.75 per transaction, instead of ~3% in credit card fees.

Drag the sliders — this is your money we're talking about.
Estimate only. Card cost assumes 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. eCheck cost is a flat $0.75 per transaction plus the $25/mo account fee.
The same payment, without the credit card fees — plus a few advantages cards can't match.
Stripe charges 0.80% capped at $5. Braintree charges 0.75% capped at $5. The whole industry caps ACH because bank transfers cost almost nothing to move. We go further: you pay $0.75 flat — no percentage at all, on any ticket size.
Cards expire, get lost, get reissued. Bank accounts don't. Every failed card renewal is silent churn — eCheck rebills just keep working, cycle after cycle.
ACH disputes have clearly defined reasons. Credit cards can be disputed for almost anything — and friendly fraud is just a cost of doing business.
Writing, mailing, receiving, depositing, reconciling — a paper check can cost $4–$20 to process. An eCheck costs under a dollar and reconciles itself.
The ACH network is federally regulated with strict encryption rules — and electronic checks pass through fewer hands than paper ones, which cuts theft and forgery risk.
Standard settlement is 2–3 business days. When cash flow can't wait, same-day ACH moves money in hours — ask us about enabling it.
Every transaction costs $0.75. A $50 rebill or a $50,000 invoice — same price.
Free to apply. We'll confirm your details before you commit to anything.
We work with multiple eCheck providers — so instead of squeezing into one box, you get placed where your rate and approval odds are best.
Tell us about your business, your volume, and how you bill — online, by invoice, or recurring.
Based on your volume and industry, we match you to the eCheck provider that's the best fit — and confirm everything before you commit to anything.
We handle the application, paperwork, and integration. Start accepting eChecks in days, not weeks, with one point of contact throughout.
Not every payment should be an eCheck. But where the tickets are large or the billing never stops, cards are just a very expensive habit.
Cards expire. Bank accounts don't. Memberships, subscriptions, tuition, rent — every failed card renewal is involuntary churn you never see. eCheck rebills just keep working.
The bigger the invoice, the worse the card math. A $5,000 invoice costs ~$145 in card fees. By eCheck: $0.75. Your customers' AP departments already pay by bank transfer — meet them there.
Your margin stops shrinking as tickets grow. Professional services, wholesale, contractors — flat $0.75 per transaction means a $10,000 sale costs the same to process as a $50 one.
Straight answers to the questions every business owner asks about eChecks — including the uncomfortable ones.
An eCheck is a type of ACH transfer — all eChecks move over the ACH network, but not every ACH transfer is an eCheck (the network also handles direct deposits and business credits). In practice, most payment platforms use the two terms interchangeably for bank-debit acceptance.
Typically 2–3 business days, though 1–5 is the full normal range depending on the banks involved. The ACH network only settles on business days, so weekends, holidays, or a missed daily cutoff add time. Same-day ACH is available when you need funds faster.
Far less than cards. With eCheckOnly you pay a flat $0.75 per transaction — no tiers, no percentages — plus $50 setup and $25/month. For comparison, Stripe charges 0.80% capped at $5 and Braintree 0.75% capped at $5 for ACH.
Yes. The ACH network is federally regulated with strict encryption requirements, and electronic checks pass through fewer hands than paper checks — which cuts theft and forgery risk. The main risk to know about: a debit can be returned days later for insufficient funds, so verifying the account before the first charge matters.
The customer's bank returns the debit — usually within 1–2 banking days — with a code like R01 (insufficient funds). The funds are pulled back, and most providers charge a small return fee. An NSF return can be re-presented up to two more times.
Within strict windows. Consumers can dispute an unauthorized debit up to 60 days after their statement; business accounts get roughly 2 banking days. The commonly misunderstood part: the 60-day window is a consumer protection — B2B debits don't get it.
Pending is normal — ACH moves in batches settled a few times per business day, so a payment shows as pending until its batch clears. First-time account verification, a missed cutoff, or a weekend can extend it. Beyond about 5 business days, check for a return.
Yes — eChecks are ideal for it. You need the customer's advance authorization stating the amount, timing, and account to debit, kept on file for 2 years after it ends. Bank accounts rarely expire, so eCheck rebills fail far less often than cards.
Nacha sets no per-transaction limit on standard ACH — limits come from your bank or processor, and new accounts often start low. Same-day ACH is capped at $1M per transaction. If you regularly move large amounts, tell us when you apply so we place you with the right provider.
Four common routes: a gateway webform collecting routing and account numbers, hosted payment pages or secure links you email, an ACH/bank-transfer toggle in your invoicing tool, or an API integration. We handle the integration piece — most businesses are live in days.
Wires for urgent, high-value, one-off transfers — they settle same-day but cost $10–$35 and can't be reversed. eChecks for routine, recurring, or cost-sensitive payments — 1–5 business days at cents per transaction, reversible for fraud or error. ACH is US-only; wires go international.
Routing number, account number, account type (checking or savings), the account holder's name, and their authorization to debit. That's it — no card numbers, no expiry dates, nothing that goes stale.
Usually yes, through your provider — but refund capability varies by provider and setup, so confirm before you need it. We'll verify refund handling with your matched provider before you go live.
Most businesses are approved and accepting eChecks within a few days. You'll complete a short application with business details, your checking account information, and ID — we guide you through it and handle the provider placement.
